Our model EFM 6000 and EFM 2000 is a portable flue gas analyser optimized for boiler / furnace application which sucks flue gas (exhaust gas) and displays amount of excess air that is going inside the furnace thereby cooling it and taking the heat away to stack. Less air also generates CO and C emission and lead to fuel loss so there is an optimum setting where you get maximum heat with less fuel burnt.
This can be achieved by adjusting fuel to air ratio using our analyser. EFM2000 is basic unit to measure O2, stack temperature and derive values of CO2, excess air, combustion efficiency, one can also measure optional flue gases like CO (ppm or %) SO2 ppm, NO ppm. Our model EFM2000 is extensively tried and used by furnace users and also recommended by Furnace mfr, energy audit cos. High temperature 1m long probe is required in order to draw sample from the centre of duct / chimney if duct size is very large.
