| Description/Specification : |
1. Electric Wire Rope Winch Machine :- Power driven winch machine are designed as per IS - 9507 -1979 and are suitable for heavy-duty applications.
Generally, winches with right hand operation are manufactured, however, the same can supply with other side operation also as per requirement.
2. Base frame:- Fabricated with rocked steel sections/plates properly ribbed, floored with chequered plate for working area, lifting lugs, anchorimg holes for foundation, provided.
3. Reducer:- 1st stage reduction with self made worm reduction gear box or of reputed make and other reduction with open spur gears and pinions.
4. Rope drum :- Steel fabricated drum duly machined, with flanges at both ends, winding capacity 100-meter pf wire rope. Drums with larger windings capacity cn also available.
5. Motor :- High starting torque, class 'B' insulation, 150 starts/Hr 415v, 50 hz, A.C. induction squirrel cage/slipring motors conforming to IS - 325 of reputed make like NGEF/SIMENS etc.
6. Control and control panel: The winch is operated by push button station/controller at 110v fixed on machine. The control equipment like triple pole reversing contractors, H.R.C. fuses, pilot lamp etc of reputed make like EE/BCH/L&T.
7. Brake: Electromagnetic/Elector hydraulic thruster, double shoe type brake and /or hand operated brake provided as per requirement.
8. Test: All machines are tested at 25% overloaded tested.
