Our 6 mm gap "Standard" Collection cell module provides 20.0 m2 filter surface and the 8 mm gap "Heavy duty" collection cell module gives 14.25 m2 filter surface.
Our ionization cell and collection cell is a 2 stage electronic precipitators, works on the principle of charging the contaminants electro statically and collecting them on a ground plate. In the first stage, the contaminated air is screened by a mechanical prefilter, to remove large particles. After that the air is passed through ionization cell, which charges the particles in the air stream. These charged particles then enter the collection cell, where they are collected on a ground plate. There are two versions of collection cell:
* 6 mm gap (for oil fog with good drainage effect)
* 8 mm "Heavy Duty" cell to allow large absorption space and long maintenance cycles.
