We introduce the latest Automatic Block Making Machine PBM Plus which is capable of manufacturing Interlock paving Block, Building Blocks, Kerb stones and various other kinds of products suitable for the constructions industry. This machine has been developed using our extensive knowledge and experience in the manufacture of Blocks and related machinery.
All the products manufactured in this machine are of the highest standards and can meet International quality requirements.
The machine is of robust and sturdy construction designed for simplicity and ease in operation and maintenance. The machine is simple to operate, even with semi skilled persons in spite of being fully automated.
The specially designed material feed box with levelling device ensures that the mixed material is uniformly fed in the mould variety. The machine is provided with an additional feed box for face mix. The empty pallets are fed automatically after each cycle and the pallets with the manufactured Concrete Blocks are discharged automatically.
The powerful Hydraulic units is specially designed particularly for this machine capable of working continuously under harsh working conditions. The electrical unit comprises of PLC control with a operator panel for various adjustments depending upon the type of products being manufactured in the machine. An exclusive operator panel is provided to help the operator monitor the production.
