Our range of Vibro Graders are known for high strength and easy functionality. Especially our vibro graders are equipped with excellent range of functionality. These Vibro Graders machines are high performance like rice grading machines which are used for grading of food grains because of their size. They are widely used to rate coffee, peanuts, corn, fried gram, beans, peas etc. Based on the number of graders requirement and capacity, we also offer single and twin deck versions.
The screens of vibro graders can be easily changed by swinging down the inlet door and sliding them out. The screen cleaning is automatic by means of rubber balls thus ensuring that maximum holes are available at any time for proper grading. As per the requirement, a wide variety of rounded holes and slotted screens of any size are available. A sighting glass is provided to enable continuous observation of the functioning of the machine. Outlet spouts are provided with individual partitions and bagging device.
