Our range of Gravity Separator is commonly named as grain cleaner. The work of grain cleaner is to separate the products with same size but with a different specific weight. It can be effectively used to take away the imperfectly eaten, unripe and broken seeds to assure maximum quality of the final product. Gravity separator can also be used to distinguish and standardize the products like rice, wheat, peanuts, corn, coffee and other food grains.
This kind of machine have a rectangular deck, in order to make the product to travel for a longer distance which results in cleaner detachment of light and weighty particles and also with the lower percentage of middlings. The flow of a product is over the vibrating deck in which pressurized air is pushed through causing the material to arrange according to its particular weight. The travel of heavier particle starts from the higher level and the travel of lighter particle starts from the lower level of the deck.
In order to find effective separation by specific weight, the pressurized air flow needs to be exactly adjusted and attained by having individual adjustable air fans to control the volume of air distribution at different areas of the vibrating deck. The table tendency, speed of eccentric motion and the feed rate can be exactly adjusted with ease and also with a minimum operator training.
