Backed by competent personnel, we manufacture and export two blow one conveyor systems used to blow many geometric plastic containers. As the name suggests, the machine develops pet bi-oriented containers in two stages. The manufactured containers further find application in packaging of mineral water, distilled water, juice, liquor, edible oil, carbonated drink, food, candy, sauce, pharmacy, cosmetic and detergent. The conveyor system has efficiency of producing 1000 bottles per hour. The machine is featured with compact in size, simple structure, low power consumption and low investment cost. In addition, it has also following salient features:
* Equipped with built-in automatic microprocessor
* Use of excellent quality cylinders and valves
* The stretching unit applies sliding guide, with the stretching length adjustable according to the height of the bottle
* The pressure reduction adjustable valve controls the speed of the stretching and of the die opening and closing
