We are instrumental in providing fine quality Water Jet Silky Polisher which is designed for buffing of polished rice. The machine is built with rigid laser cut steel structure. Water Jet Silky Polisher is equipped with a sensor to detect the presence of product at the inlet, automatic control of product flow, specially cast steel beaters, fool proof mounted CNC punched sieves for bran separation, anti siphon nozzles with water dosing pump for uniform water spray, stainless steel discharge and exhaust connection for bran suction with a cooling blower for the shaft. The whitened rice is coated with a thin layer of water and subjected to gelatinization resulting in high degree of glazing.
