MICRO FLOCK -90 is a colour removal Chemical, the first of its kind in India, which removes colour of waste water generated by Tesiiles Process Houses and Dyes Industries. It is medium. Molecular weight Organic Coagulants, an in house development, is in response to a pressing market need. These coloured effluents, generated by the industries, when left untreated, play havoc with reusable water resources. For process house in water scare areas, it comes as a heaven send facilitating recycling of the Industrial effluent into process water.
Flocculation And Settling:
During this stage dyes or colour waste water shall be treated by the pH adjustable chemicals like Sulphuric Acid, Hydro Chloric Acid, Lime, PAC etc.With Micro Flock-90 as a Organic Coagulants. Colour in a colloidal form is removed from the clarifier in the form of a thick sludge by the sedimention.Clear colourless water is further treated in the second stage.
