Manual Hoists:
Extremely effective and efficient manual hoists can easily handle heavy weights. Made from pure pressed steel, these manual hoists come with 'high' tensile forged steel hooks designed with a factor of safety to withstand shock loads. These hooks can rotate and swivel freely to carry out complex hoisting. Special quality load wheels for these hoists are made from heavy-duty malleable castings and are mounted on bearings for smooth operations. We use perfectly lapped & hardened gears that are made from special alloy steel (SAE 8620).
To ensure maximum security grade 80/30 steel is used in making our load chains that are accurately calibrated, to ensure free and smooth movement. Each of the links are tested at least twice to ensure its load capacity. Our manual hoists use multiple threaded screw and friction disc type brakes, which are self-actuating to assure safety. Also installed are friction discs made from special asbestos-based material, to withstand friction, heat and humid atmosphere. Each of our blocks are subjected to stringent quality control checks and these go through 50% overload tests so as to ensure optimum reliability and dependability.
