We have designed and manufactured a heavy duty spring loaded cultivator with nine tines mounted in two rows. Our range of these cultivator eliminate the use of the plough. Each tine is mounted with two strong coil spring. This feature allows the tines to ride over obstructions in the soil easily. This enables the cultivator to be used in stone and root obstructed soil.
Being a little heavy than the other 9-tine cultivator, it can aerate soil to a depth of one foot. In this cultivator 2.3/16" reversible shovels are fitted. The front and the rear tines can be spaced as desired for either raw crop or general cultivation work because holes in the frame are provided at one-inch interval. We have also used special steel forged tines and high tensile bolts in these cultivator.
