AE SEED SLURRY is required for graining a grade massecuites in Sugar Factories.
Sugar loss in final molasses depends upon the size of Seed Slurry used for C Massecuites.
Variation in the Seed Slurry size adversely affects the exhaustion of final molasses and
hence recovery.
AE SEED SLURRY is prepared in a specially designed machine using highly, dispersive chemicals, which prevents agglomeration of fine sugar particles. It can be kept for a period of 2 4 months without any lump formation. The coefficient of variation in the slurry size is only 3%.

1. Develop uniform grains.
2. Reduces viscosity of low grade massecuite.
3. Better low grade massecuite purging at the centrifugal resulting in lower circulation of the sugar.
4. Improve circulation of the massecuite within the Pan.
5. Better exhaustion of mother liquor resulting in 2-3 units additional drop in final molasses purity.

White liquid.
325 425 gm. Sugar / Kg. of Slurry.
Grain Size ranging from 3-5 Microns or as per requirement.
